During our upcoming coffee morning on 27th September, we will be running a few competitions to help raise funds for Macmillan.

Firstly, there will be “Place the Cherry on the Gateau” (a spin off from the childhood game pin the tail on the donkey), which should create a giggle or two. The suggested entry donation is £2 per go, with a bottle of champagne up for grabs for the person with the closest cherry.

The second competition “Berry Good Guess” involves guessing how many berries are in the pie. With a suggested £2 per entry fee, the person closest to the actual number wins chocolate - mmmmm yum yum.  If you would like to take part in this competition but cannot get into the office, give us a call with your guess and we can either take a card payment or you can send a text donation directly to Macmillan on 70550 quoting BUN VRFI.

Finally, we are having an in house bake off where staff and the partners, Lynne and David, are invited to show off their culinary baking skills – or cheat.  Who will bring the best to the table? Will the winner be a faker or a baker?  Who will it not quite work out for? Our impartial judges will pick the winner.

Look out for our social media updates all next week with information about how you can get involved.
