We are looking for a bright and determined Payroll Clerk to join our Practice. 

Main duties will include: 

  • Calculating weekly, 2-weekly, 4-weekly, and monthly payroll – payroll bureau, using IRIS Earnie Software. 
  • Sending submissions to HMRC 
  • Pension administration – auto-enrolment pension knowledge and pension submissions 
  • Produce and save reports. 
  • Produce invoices for own work completed. 
  • Manage client/employers and pension queries 
  • Chance for progression with training provided 

Candidate should possess the following attributes: 

  • Experience with Iris software OR be proficient in Sage or Quickbooks 
  • Proficient in Microsoft software 
  • Payroll/pension experience
